ISPAI held a Conference\"Internet in India - At Crossroads\" on 31st August 2009 at India Habitat Centre , New Delhi. The chief guest for the conference was Mr. Siddhartha Behura, Secretary - DoT. There were many distinguished personalities persent like Mr. N. Ravi Shanker (Joint Secretary, DIT), Mr. Shanker Agarwal (Joint Secretary – DIT) to name a few.Both the President and Director of CCAOI spoke to the participants of the conference the opportunities and challenges faced by the Cyber Cafe fraternity.
