The Mission of CCAOI is to touch the lives of the billion plus people in India, with the objective of empowerment of common man.
- Connectivity Providers: ISP, BWA providers Public Internet Access Providers (PIA's) comprising of 1,80,000Cybercafes/87,000CSCs/Telecenters.
- Content Providers: eGovernance, eCommerce, eEducation, eMedicine
- Cyber Security: Safe Internet and Safe Cafe/CSCs &
- Consumers: PIA users
Simultaneously, facilitate an environment which helps in the growth of Internet enabled services, substituting the infrastructural challenges for the Government and also, bringing convenience for the citizens.
